I recruit software engineers and engineering leaders for companies across Canada at GuruLink, a technical recruiting firm. I joined GuruLink in 2026. I've recruited tech people since 2018.
What I do

What this site is
My own site. It has free Canadian tech salary data, a salary calculator, hiring templates and a few guides. It's not GuruLink's site and it doesn't speak for GuruLink.
Where the salary numbers come from
Public data only: job postings that state a pay range, from employers' own job boards, plus Job Bank and Statistics Canada figures, shown separately. Every number lists its source and sample size. Where there isn't enough public data, the page says so. How the data is built.
